The Y-Knot® RC is a self-punching all-suture anchor designed for rotator cuff repair. Its design allows insertion without the need for a pilot hole, reducing surgical steps and simplifying the technique. It has an initial diameter of 2.8 mm and expands to 5.0 mm beneath the cortex upon deployment, achieving secure fixation even in soft bone.
